We are adding an exciting new concert to Baur’s! The newly formed Grande Orquesta Navarre premiers at Baur’s Listening Lounge on December 27th. This hot new ensemble is made of former members of the acclaimed tango ensemble Extasis including Sue Cahill, Evan Orman, Tom Hagerman of Devotchka and Sara Parkinson. They are a Salon Orchestra performing new transcriptions of classical music with a gypsy twist, some tango favorites and original works. This is a joint production between Denver Eclectic Concerts and the Music Appreciation Society.
